Shipping Costs

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is lost during transit, please contact us so we can assist with an investigation.

Once a package is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, VittaHealth cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages. Customers are encouraged to contact the carrier directly for assistance.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged package
  • Photos of the damaged product

We will review your case and provide an appropriate solution.
